PadraigC Excellent album, first time hearing Chad Lawsons wonderful piano playing. The souls and essence of both artists shine throughout this album. Each track is gorgeous, some are sombre, most are lively and invigorating. I just love it!

Dumb mmmn as Andy points out, I don't know how well this sits between goregrind and brutal death.. but biogenesis aside, I also think the classics are a vital source of vitality

Andy I keep expecting to hear a threatening growl break loose from these lovely chopin interprettions. A look at my bandcamp discography might see some incongruity with this purchase - but nothing could be further from the truth. Atmospheric Black Metal have more in common with Chopin than you might think. We need music like this to halt the rollout of the biosecurity state ! There are many J.S. Bach pieces I've heard and enjoyed throughout my life, but it was especially Glenn Gould and his box set who made me fall in love and inspired me to take a deep dive and explore Bach's catalogue a few years ago. Then my music focus shifted for a while, but this interpretation just reignited my obsession again. I love this project, the included booklet and score as well!
